Founded in 1964 by Senior Partner Mr Raffaele Cavaliere, Cavaliere & Cavaliere is an Italian Law Firm providing a full range of legal services both contentious and non-contentious to Italian and foreign clients, living and operating in the Republic of Italy.
The relatively small size of the firm allows all partners, associates and trainees to work together as a team and attend to virtually all matters at the same time. However, each matter is always dealt with by at least one of the two partners personally, who retains primary responsibility for that matter. In complex transactions/cases both of the partners are usually involved.
The firm is located in Rome, capital of the Republic of Italy and seat of all public and administrative institutions, superior jurisdictions, and authorities such as Antitrust, Telecoms and Energy regulators. However, services are normally offered in all major cities of the country, either directly or through correspondent offices.
As a general policy, professional services are offered in English and Italian only. Nevertheless, several members of the firm are fluent in other languages, including German, French and Spanish.
